Three-year Rye Debuts

This weekend, we will debut our newly-bottled three-year rye. Spicy and round, this 90-proof spirit is what’s known as a “high rye” style, with 90 percent rye on the mashbill.

Our year-and-a-half rye, which has been on the menu for two years, has been a perennial favorite because of its complexity — this new bottling is the same spirit as the original rye, just with a couple more years on oak. That time in the barrel has smoothed out the rye’s edges and given the sipper a bit of sweetness to complement the grain’s spicy character.
