Seasonal Cocktail: Iced Bourbon Chai

Through the fall and winter months, we will be offering our Iced Bourbon Chai at the Gutenberg tasting room. This cocktail is perfect for cool weather in Missouri — just a bit sweet from a good dose of our bourbon, with warm spices and a hint of black tea.

Iced Bourbon Chai

Yield: 1 cocktail

  • 1.5 oz Black Shire Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz Portland Soda Works Bright Chai Syrup

  • 5 oz strong black tea, sweetened with brown sugar

  • Orange wedge and cherry to garnish

| Procedure | In a rocks glass, add ice. Pour in Bourbon, Chai Syrup and tea. Stir to combine and garnish with orange wedge and cherry.
