At Polly’s Still House, nestled in Hermann Farm’s First Settlement Village, guests may enjoy a tasting of our lineup of traditional, quirky, quality spirits or order a hand-crafted cocktail to sip in our cozy tasting room. Guests may also enjoy our patio located among our historic Four Square Garden.

Hermann Farm’s First Settlement Village invites guests to take a step back in time and learn a bit about how life was lived in the mid-1800s.
