This refreshing gin-cucumber cocktail was a huge hit at our Othello event in August. On our menu throughout the month, the Othello cocktail won a bunch of fans and now we have the recipe to share with you. It’s pretty simple — the only special item needed is a muddler, but we have you covered — the lacquered walnut muddler we use in the tasting room is available if you scroll below the recipe, and so is the Meadowlands syrup.

We’re now selling cocktail kits, so stop in and you can pick up everything you need (minus the cucumber and mint), including a bottle of our American gin, so you can recreate this refreshing cocktail at home.
